One Harbour Road
A split-level restaurant resembling an elegant mansion in Shanghai during the 1930s, with superb Victoria Harbour views, cosy residential decor, glass ceiling and a fountain. The cosy home ambience is enhanced by rich Santos rosewood timber, while natural stone creates a light airy feel at the lower veranda. The fountain with distinctive glass mosaics, custom-made carpets, wooden furnishings and draperies all add to the final residential touch.

One Harbour Road is best known for serving traditional homestyle Cantonese cuisine, lovingly prepared and graciously presented. The Chef’s Table private room inside the kitchen features exclusive innovative dishes and presents a rare glimpse into the workings of the kitchen.

Grissini
Grissini commands panoramic views of Victoria Harbour. Its contemporary interior design, Philippe Starck chairs and modern Tony Delapp paintings conjure up the feeling of a stylish New York restaurant.

Dramatically situated at the entrance is a large baking oven, where freshly baked grissini breadsticks fill the whole restaurant with a delicious aroma. The grissini breadsticks are served during lunch and dinner; guests love Grissini for its authentic Italian cuisine.

An extensive selection of Italian wines is displayed in the two-storey wine cellar with an impressive floor-to-ceiling Vinotheque.

Kaetsu
The simplicity and serenity of Japan is reflected in Kaetsu, whose name literally means the sounds that deer make when calling friends for a good meal. The menu features traditional Japanese favourites and seasonal specialities prepared with freshly flown-in ingredients from Japan. An exclusive selection of sake is also available, including some rare choices in town.

Designed with contemporary clean lines to reflect the simplicity and serenity of Japanese culture, Kaetsu employs wood, stone and clay with soft lighting to create a cosy and sophisticated atmosphere. The large elevated sushi counter in the centre of the restaurant enables guests to view the chefs in action.

Champagne Bar
Capturing the elegance of 1920s Paris, the Champagne Bar sports dramatic art deco styling, with distinctive patterned fabrics and carpets set against rich woods, brass fittings and mirrors.
